For over two decades, I’ve been at the forefront of enhancing productivity and retention at Bay Street law firms through innovative, time-saving processes and programs. With a high-honours degree in Human Resource Management, I’ve thrived in the professional resource field at national and boutique law firms. Beyond human resources, my diverse experiences include organizing the prestigious Gale Cup Moot for six years, creating a reading program for local elementary schools, and actively volunteering on the Halton Hills Chamber of Commerce, Cornerstone Women’s Network and Bennett Village boards. My passion lies in supporting small boutique law firms by alleviating the administrative burden of managing employees, all with a blend of compassion and empathy. Known for being a good listener and a steady hand, I bring creativity, efficiency, and pragmatism to every challenge, always in a congenial manner. At home, my husband and I have cherished over 30 years in Georgetown, raising our two children. When we’re not in town, you’ll find us unwinding at our cottage. People are the driving force behind my personal and professional life, and I’m dedicated to delivering results that enhance value to my clients and their employees.
